Nexnaira is a social platform that connects people through sponsorship. By opening an account with us you become a part of our community and you can contribute and also benefit from other members. You maybe allowed to post comments and can include content like text, photos, audio, videos, and links to promote Nexnaira.
You may provide us with profile information such as your Name, Business, Username, Email, Phone Number, Password a short biography, your address, your website and social links (example - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), a picture for profile picture display, , Name of your Local Deposit Bank, Deposit Bank Account Name, Deposit Bank Account Number. We may use your contact information to send you information about our Services or to market to you. We may use your contact information to help others find your account, including through third-party services and client applications except for your bank details that is solely used by Nexnaira and will not be made public. If you email us, we may keep your message, email address and contact information to respond to your request. If you connect your account to your account on another service in order to cross-post between and that service, the other service may send us your registration or profile information on that service and other information that you authorize. This information enables cross-posting, helps us improve the Services, and is deleted from within a few weeks of your disconnecting from your account on the other service. Providing the additional information described in this section is entirely optional.
Uploads, Lists and other Public Information:
Our Services helps you connect and invest with other people's account. Most of the information you provide us or that is generated as a result of you creating an account is information you are asking us to make public. This includes not only the files you upload and the metadata provided with publications, but also the lists you create, the like/vote, your transaction history, the assets you own, your account market analysis, your account sponsorship details, profiles you recommend or Posts you share, and many other bits of information that result from your use of the Services.
We may use this information to customize the content we show you, which may or may not include ads. Our default is to make the information you provide public for as long as it is available on our network. In general we give you settings options to provide more privacy as seen fit. Account’s private and personal information as well as files, except in the limited circumstances is not disclosed to the public.
Your Consent: We may share or disclose your information at your direction, such as when you authorize a third-party web client or application to access your account.
Bid Transaction details will be made public except for the beneficiaries. Email notifications may be employed to notify account owners on changes made to the Nexnaira wallets.
Nexcoin and Nex Wallet:
Nexcoin is the legal token accepted on Nexnaira for sponsorship settlement and cash exchange. Every account has a Nex wallet which they unlocked on their first cash deposit. Users can buy, sell or invest their Nexcoin by making sponsorship bids on other people accounts. When deposits, cashout requests or sponsorship settlements are made in respect of your account, you authorize Nexnaira to access and update your Nex Wallet. Subscription charges over time that may be levied on your account as the case maybe.
To withdraw your Nexcoin for cash payment, you are required to make a request for payment. All payment request are reviewed and can be confirmed or denied depending on the account credit score and trade history. Daily cashout are limited to the total cash deposit the account has made as the maximum cashout. We may exert a default maximum cashout base on the level your account operates as there maybe. Credit scores can only be gotten when you engage in sponsoring other people. On account that we declined your request, a quick refund would be made into your wallet and you may send another request. Only one payment whether cashout or deposit can be active at a time.
Bid Circle (Sponsorship Board):
The bid circle is a map to Nexnaira to virtually represent the bid trade. By bidding with your Nexcoin, you become a sponsor and can accumulate and profit from other people as assets and you also acknowledge that you may or may not profit on every bid. By participating in the sponsorship you give Nexnaira access to monitor and review your trade activities, review and validate your transactions and make charge backs and refunds into your account.
Beneficiary Account: is can be set upon first cash deposit into your Nex wallet. You will be providing the bank account details to the account to which you wish to receive your cash payments. Once this account details has been sent, you will not be able to make any changes directly from the console. Such changes may need an administrative access to handle. We have the right to review, suspend, clear and issue payments to beneficiary accounts depending on the status of that account. On account that an account is being reviewed or suspended, the account holder may be asked to provide legal documentation and BVN clearance to the authenticity of the account ownership.
Fraudulent and Malicious activities: Trading on Nexnaira is closely monitored and validated to the transaction activities. Users that falls short of the standard account operations and display a fraudulent response to managing their account may be penalized and their account may also be suspended prior to internal investigations. Users may operate multiple accounts with different account and banks. Payment to Nexnaira should only be done through our official website nexnaira.com and to Nexcoin Global Alliance Limited. Any payment that does not reflect in our bank records may be considered as not successful and Nexnaira will not be held accountable for such loss. Evidence of payment is strict and users are to properly verify their evidence of payment before submitting to us as we will not hesitate to flag and terminate any false record.
Trading, Sponsorship and Exchange:
When you deposit or request for cash payment, you authorize Nexnaira to access and update your online wallet. On no grounds may your account wallet be debited without your consent. Your account wallet maybe updated on Nex credit you receive due to transaction payments made directly to you or from commissions and bonus, as interest, as profit returns, from royalties. Monthly subscription charges may be laid on your account wallet as sustenance of your account. On grounds that this is implemented, email notifications would be sent to account holders with details of the transaction.

Other people are allowed to invest on any account of their choosing without the consent of the account holder so far as the account can be found on our public domain. Accounts holders have the sole authorization to edit their personal details. Accounts that are considered as Assets are temporary owned by the Asset owner and can be transferred to a new Asset owner on Trading. Notwithstanding information about, content, personal and private information of all account would remain constant to the account owner. Asset owner is entitled to profit from transactions made by the account they hold as Assets.
Bid rule is the regulatory system that guides all invest. Whenever you make an invest you consent to the rules. These rules are made available for public review and may change to improve the system as the need may arise.
Non-Private or Non-Personal Information:
We may share or disclose your non-private, aggregated or otherwise non-personal information, such as your public user profile information, account value, Asset details, Traffic information, Transaction details involving invests you have made or reports to advertisers about unique users who saw or clicked on their ads after we have removed any private personal information (such as your name or contact information).
Modifying Your Personal Information
If you are a registered user of our Services, we provide you with tools and account settings to access or modify the personal information you provided to us and associated with your account.
In cases you wish not to participate in the invest, you may deactivate your account by sending an official email to the firstname.lastname@example.org with detailed information about your account. Within 30 days of sending deactivation of your account would be initiated.
Account Deactivation will erase personal information linking directly to you such as email, IP Address, Contact Address, Phone Number, Photo, Deposit Bank details and any further information collected directly or indirectly as a result of using the Service. The account would be made a default and account ownership transferred to Nexnaira.

If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and initiate the deactivation process automatically.
